Terms and conditions:

1. The speed limit is 60-70 km/h in the city and 90-100 km/h on highways. Do not exceed 100 km/h. Be mindful of speed as many cameras are installed around the city.

2. Use FASTag for all toll payments. Do not pay any tolls with cash.

3. Dont expose the rented vehicle. maintain this car is your sister or Brother CAR..

4. Be aware of whether you are driving a FUEL petrol or diesel vehicle

5. Please avoid causing any scratches or dents on the vehicle. If any damage occurs, it will be your responsibility. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, including fuel level and overall condition. Please take a detailed video of the vehicle when you receive it and keep it for reference. Upon return, we will assess the vehicle based on your video. TAKE VIDEO

6. Maintain tire pressure at 35 psi for all tires to ensure better mileage.

7. Drinking and driving, as well as rash driving, are strictly prohibited

8. Smuggling or using the vehicle for any illegal activities is punishable, and any crimes committed will be solely your responsibility.

9. Please keep the vehicle clean. If it is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of Rs. 200 - Rs. 300 will be charged.

10. The customer who rents the vehicle is solely responsible for any incidents involving violence or police intervention during the rental period. Drugs, smuggling, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited during the rental period. Ask Rental Cars reserves the right to take appropriate action if any of the above activities are discovered to have occurred using our vehicle.
